Team YoYoJam USA closed out a successful 2011 season with an awesome showing at Nationals last weekend. Every team member competing in a freestyle division made the finals, plenty of hardware was taken home, we had a lot of fun as a team and meeting new people, and two members brought home National Championships!

Bryan Figueroa wins an unprecidented 5th National Title using his Fiesta XX
Ian Johnson wins the Silver Medal using the Go Big!
John Narum wins the Bronze Medal using his Equinox
4th Place – Ben Conde using his Go Big!

5A:
4th Place – AJ Kirk using the Dark Magic 2
7th Place – Ian Johnson using the SFX

Everyone who saw Tessa Piccillo was commenting that they better watch out for her next year.

Special congratulations to Jon Gates for winning the National League Merit Award for his work in running the South Central Regionals in Denver, CO!

Eric Koloski, AJ Kirk, Ian Johnson, John Narum, Brandon Baines, Michael Goody, Jarrett Pond, and Tylor McCallamore all had excellent prelim/semi-final routines. Michael also won the sport ladder for his age group!

Mikhail didn’t compete but showed off his awesome tricks all weekend.
