All YoYoJam® products are covered by a 30 day manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase. All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects. YoYoJam® does not cover damage due to neglect or abuse of the product. Modification of the product from its original state in any way will void the warranty. Use of any lubricant other than YoYoJam® brand lubricants will also void the warranty.
Please note: Metal surfaces may be subject to scratches or dents when they come into contact with hard surfaces. To avoid damage to any exposed metal on YoYoJam® products, do not play with them over or near hard surfaces. Defects of this nature are not covered by warranty.
Warranty Claims Within the US
For a replacement, return the yo-yo with a copy of the original purchase receipt dated within 30 days to:

The yo-yo must be in its original condition with all original parts in place. Products that are not in original condition with all original parts will not be covered by warranty. Please note that we cannot guarantee the color of the replacement yo-yo.
Warranty Claims Outside of the US
Contact your authorized YoYoJam® retailer for replacement instructions. You must contact your retailer within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned to the retailer in original condition with all original parts.
Warranty for Limited or Special Edition Items
While we will make every effort to replace your product with the same item, we cannot guarantee the availability of limited edition products. Please call prior to sending a warranty claim. If the item is no longer available, we will replace it with an item of your choice of equal value.
